Who We Are
Baked By Buns is a small cottage bakery in Nicholasville, Kentucky owned and operated by Gayle Cinnamon. We are Female and Indigenously owned. We offer a variety of sweets including custom cakes, cakecicles, cake pucks, cake push pops, cookies, and much more. We love being able to offer goodies for birthdays, weddings and more!
Our Beginning
When I was young my grandfather taught me to cook and my grandmother to bake, all from scratch. As I got older I turned those skills toward baking cakes for my kids. I wanted not only desserts that looked good but tasted great as well. In 2020 we took the step to go beyond providing for family and friends and expanded to our wonderful community. I'll be forever indebted to my grandparents for taking the time to pass down their talents.
